This is a company that has extremely high standards and audacious expectations. Very smart people across every single vertical with a culture that encourages you to speak up It's hard work but you will be well compensated. Incredible autonomy, you can shape your own path- do work that matters to you and get rewarded for it. Best in class office culture, free food, always something on after work on a Friday. Lots of work goes into planning these events and we're all better for it. Everyone is hands on! Do not expect to coast and even if you're a people leader

Cons

Lots of pivots and changes, on a cyclical cadence, so you have to be comfortable in the grey. Exec team is very involved and has ultimate decision making power in every aspect of the business, you are always encouraged to speak up, but expect to be overruled from time to time. In an industry full of hype and noise, it is extremely important NOT to get sucked in. Lots of shiny apples - zone out the noise and continue building/shipping.
