If you're a new graduate full of curiosity and excitement, it's a good place to start your career. You learn a lot and you might have occasions to show yourself if you're in the right projects with the right people. Work-life balance, remote work flexibility are also great.
Cons
The organisational aspects could be much better: it sometimes felt chaotic. Career growth and compensations were not clear. In the long run, you might want to move on to your next chapter.
