- Opportunity to ascend to management position early in professional career - Doing work that has immediate impact on individuals' lives - Great, supportive co-workers

Cons

- No standard pay-scale - Upper-level management is rarely onsite and is, therefore, unaware of day-to-day operations and issues - Not driven by stated mission - Never received any scheduled/structured feedback and left without so much as a "goodbye" or "thank you" from supervisors
