      No work ethic / Lies / Corruption / Nepotism

      The name. That's all. Just because I have to write something here to be able to send the review.

      Cons

      Impact Proximity management. Money driven persons, employees are never considered as human beings. Promises of raise / evolution in company are lies and you will stay at the level you were once entering the company, unless you're part of the inner conglomerate. You will work illegally for 8 months to a year on a visit visa and be given as a reason: head count. Many people are truly incompetent at their job and are kept protected for nepotism or just sympathetic reasons. Also, you will have to work long hours, weekends, during your vacations; if you are allowed to take vacations, as it's always you know "a bad time".

      You get to work on amazing clients and the people there are great

      Cons

      No insurance, Everything is vague, each team works on its own system, some get to take days off some not, depends on your boss.

      team felt very collaborative, get to work in a highly dynamic environment involved with some of the biggest brands and clients, very creative team

      Cons

      extremely fast paced and very often work very long hours. while it was exhausting, at the same time, I liked it as it challenged me to always be quick on my feet and prepared me for what's next.. you have to be prepared from this end. another thing is that HR gave me a hard time to pay my last compensation before I left and kept insisting they forgot about it and I had to follow up for months till I got my pay. please ensure you always keep a copy of your contract to make sure your rights at met in a worst case scenario like mine could've been.
