Pros

colleague relationship is easy-going and very friendly. You have a life after work. Training is available if necessary.

Cons

Limited access to high-profile projects. May not be good enough for people seeking fast and huge progress. Also company is kind of far away from the city so travelling may be a headache.

The job site in Perth Amboy that I worked on was the blind leading the blind now one person knew what they were doing Dora cared enough to take care of the already broken down equipment I come from a professional background so I wasn't used to it and to make my supervisor came in completely drunk hopped in the vehicle and started doing donuts and my other boys threw him in a cab and covered it up yet I got sent home for being late that day....the really heartbreaking part with no matter how bad it seemed I still did my job on a smile and enjoyed my work

Impact Environmental puts employee safety above all other drivers for its business execution. That said, the employee in question was terminated immediately upon the company being made aware of the incident. The Perth Amboy project involved many divisions of the company working to provide a turnkey service to multiple clients. We recognize that the overall project “mission” may have become obscured for some of the staff because of the complexity of the project. Changes have been made to management and management structure so that all employees understand and share the “mission”. New employees receive detailed training manuals and the Personnel Department has been upgraded with staff and training to properly support all staff.
