Pros
Was tough to leave as I had liked the position and had no issues with the position itself. "Work hard, play hard" mentality and a fun environment. Learned a lot, was cross-trained in different areas, and felt that my opinions and feedback were valued and heard. Management was very understanding and flexible to life changes, including even letingt me work from Florida for a month when I had gotten covid on vacation. Other co-workers were helpful, supportive, fun and nice. My direct manager (no longer at the company) was an amazing, kind, understanding person and leader, and truly one of my favorite bosses.
Cons
-Smaller company, so not much room for pay growth/advancement in positions. (This was especially relatable to my department as it was only my manager and I)
-Organization and structure was lacking at times.
-Internal turnover was fairly high.
-Sometimes miscommunication from upper level management caused tension or confusion among employees.
-Probably would've stayed longer if there were more room for advancement and pay was higher.
