Pros

Flexible schedule. It's radio so many perks: concerts, events, movie premieres that you could attend

Cons

Extremely micro-managed. The organization is not looking to compete but only exist. Seems like a hobby for the owner who lives across the country.

Pros

There are so many great people that you get to work with and interact with every day. Lots of fun oppertunities to do different things. Always something to do.

Cons

Lots of micro managing from higher up management. Certain managers don't seem to know how real life operations actually work and only understand how things work on paper.

Such a great place to work. They want you to be the best person possible and want to help every step of the way. Everyday is different and brings excitement to my day. Couldn't ask for a better place to work at!
