They offer profit sharing, and your helping a veteran.
Cons
The medical benefits are too expensive, they don't offer direct deposit, they don't recognize any employee who goes behind the call of duty. They do not offer raises at all, no room for growth, management do not get to know their employees. None of the employees know each other and their job duties. It's really a dead end job, if you are an exfelon, or a recoverin addict this job is for you. If you have a masters, or docterin degree your pay rate will be of someone who has a high school diploma.
