2yHi! Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. We appreciate you calling out the great team we have at Impact Theory and completely agree. Our unique working environment is not for everyone and is intentionally crafted to be that way. We host an onsite work requirement due to the minute-by-minute collaboration that is needed on our projects and our fast-paced environment. We have tested remote work significantly over the COVID-19 years, and unfortunately, it did not yield the results we needed. We do offer a flexible 1-day remote work-from-home day per week and an extremely generous unlimited PTO policy to support our team members to take the time they need when they need it. In addition, our pay ranges are continually reviewed in alignment with local market rates and are consummate with the experience level of our hires. Our HR department warmly welcomes compensation conversations, as does our leadership team, as we foster an environment of radical transparency and feedback.
