      If you are looking for SME organization in which you can get opportunities to learn and be pushed outside your comfort zone IMPACTIVA is an organization for you. The passion for excellence as well as the engineering mindset are the DNA of IMPACTIVA. I am very proud to belong to this organization and so happy to work alongside hard worker colleagues. Every day is a new challenge.

      The engineering mindset of the company tends to make things over complicated sometimes. However, it is also a great opportunity to think / brainstorm / engage to look for the perfect solutions.

      Pros

      Every company does have its Pros and Cons. In the past years, Impactiva did improve a lot, especially on company culture and staff benefit. Impactiva has its professional and strong P&Ps, you will learn a lot and become more systematic if you work here. Meanwhile, everyone is very nice (from management to staff). Good work atmosphere is another key reason why I work here long time. Around 33% of employees here have been working for more than 5 years.

      Cons

      As a global and fast growing company, Impactiva still has many areas to improve, like improve the benefit for local employees based in different countries.
