Learned the basics of solid dosage manufacturing and GMPs Gave me something to put on my resume as a new grad Favorites - I was lucky to be a favorite as such I got hands on office experience and access to engineering project I could put on my resume

Cons

Salary- very low (less than $15/hr) Growth opportunity- they lie to college grads. yes you will see 2-3 people who use to be techs in higher level positions but thats 2-3 out of hundreds if not thousands that left the company because of no growth Favorites- if your not one of the lucky people that becomes a favorite you will essentially be stuck cleaning rooms

The only reason why i come to work is the pay which is only the industry avg. but still the best pay i have had in my working career (3 yrs)

Cons

The WHOLE DAMN COMPANY! The people, for one, are soo rude and cant speak english. I cant even understand them half the time! All my coworkers are filipino (95%). Its terrible. And their training program sucks! They have no structure. Maybe its because ive come from a big biotech company like genentech and down to a small company like this. Ive only beeen working there for a month and i already hate it. Ive done nothing but clean. 90% of the job is cleaning and the rest is working with the drug. They could hire anybody off the street to do this job. I only recommend this job if you are fresh out of college and need experience. Other than that, avoid it like the plague
