We are very proud of the direction ImpediMed is moving and continue to invest a lot of time, energy and resources to making ImpediMed an employer of choice. This is a very exciting time for ImpediMed and we have more great things to come as we continue to grow and develop our employees’ capabilities at ImpediMed. Regarding your feedback on management, training and the future; it is always a goal within the senior leadership and every manager at ImpediMed, to promote open communication within our performance and development process. This is a two-way communication process and it is our hope that each employee openly communicates as well. We are not always perfect, but we try hard and we are committed. We are continuously looking to improve at ImpediMed. Regarding training, we recently sent all our Developers to 4-days, paid off-site training. Depending on the needs and requirements, we continue to evaluate and provide appropriate training to our employees. As ImpediMed continues to grow, we hold true to our Core Values and remain the Gold Standard for our technology. At ImpediMed, we believe the future is very bright!

Pros

At ImpediMed, you get the excitement of working for what often feels like a start-up, yet it is a publicly-listed, well-established and well-funded company. With under 100 employees, the company is able to remain agile and can adapt to changes in the market. The company is very competitive in its Remuneration Policies and offers very solid employee benefits and 401k matches in the US.

Cons

ImpediMed is small in size with employees spread through offices throughout the world. While this setup allows for a lot of collaboration with talented individuals, meetings can occur outside of normal business hours. The company addresses this issue through a strong work/life balance and understands that employees often go the extra mile outside of normal hours to get the job done.
