Looks great on the surface

Pros

It's almost impossible to get fired. Lazy people get nice cushy positions. They don't drug test if you aren't DOT, unless you have a safety violation. Half of upper management regularly smokes weed or takes edibles.

Cons

If you're good at your job, they'll just keep piling more work onto you, but don't expect a raise or promotion for it. Promote based on your charisma, not your quality of work.

Terrible Management

Pros

They get you cake on birthdays.

Cons

Management is very unprofessional and terrible at their jobs. You will be at the same stations for months and burn out over time in the lab. It’s very unorganized, short staffed, massive workload (which management doesn’t help), there are no raises, and there are no bonuses. There is a high turnover rate for a reason.
