Pros
This office's staffed is dedicated 100% to Valley veterans. The personal service received here is always sincere and kind. Every veteran or dependent who walks through the front door can depend on the care they get.
Cons
The facility is clearly way undersized for the number of veterans and dependents they have to serve on a daily basis. The staffing number is also severely limiting the efficiency, speed and resulting quality of services.

Good compensation and experienced team. Good environment and recognition for a job well done. No unexpected changes in work schedule or hours. Management makes available trainings that help the employee better do their job. Tuition reinbusement.
Cons
Funding uncertainty, This could be said for most of our partner agencies so it seems to be a problem that is affecting the field not just this organization.
