Organization is replete with opportunity for improvement at all levels.
Cons
This physician-owned company is a case study in why physicians have no business trying to run a business. Antiquated 1980's mgmt style - information is compartmentalized and withheld, as opposed to empowering the staff. There is a complete lack of corps de spirit. Organization, as a whole, is anti-family & anti-patient quality of care. Here, it is all about the profit margin and the oppressive domination by the CEO and physician-partners, while everyone else runs a muck with gossip, lies, in-fighting, and inefficiencies.
