Great co-workers. Fair compensation. Nice office, reasonably good culture.

Cons

Leadership was too impulsive without being strategic and could not focus on a direction. Lots of resources wasted on poorly planned projects that were constantly interrupted by short term impulsive projects that never went anywhere resulting in "Work Hard" and not "Work Smart".
