Pros
Good job to get your foot in the door. I learned a lot and it really built up my resume and portfolio.
Cons
The work environment is very toxic. Management does not care about the well being of their employees. Unrealistic expectations under intense pressure with no paid time off or benefits and low pay.

WFH availability, Interesting connections with clients, fine “foot in the door” kind of place for marketing/pr/writers/sales. Flexible schedule.
Cons
CEO is the most toxic person I’ve ever met. Bullies employees or otherwise does not communicate with them. Back and forth on wants, making it impossible to do a good job. Disorganized chain of command. Scammy sales tactics. Lies to clients about what they sell. This company isn’t about the clients. It’s about the money. When asking for a raise, you always get told no because you “could be doing more” No benefits. All employees are 1099 when they should get W2s. Overwhelming work load.
