- Great dynamic environment - On-time or before salaries - Festival celebration almost every year - Despite pandemic… great increments - Provided additional allowances for furniture, internet during the pandemic - Your work changes a lot, and you can’t find yourself minded in one technology, always provides the platform to learn new technologies - They will never show you doors unless you are a poor performer, so good job security - Projects from the funded startup’s so we can see our work is valued and making an impact - Good infrastructure - Currently, all employees are supportive - The reputation of the company is good in the Ahmedabad market because of the CEO - Team is young(average age is 26), so very vibrant environment - 5 day’s working(last Sat is too much fun)
Cons
- Managers will monitor you very closely. I understand it's their responsibility - For the first year, we get only 9 paid leaves which is too less(12 from the second year) - A lot of work is there, so I didn’t get any chance to sharpen my personal skills in the office - All projects are from overseas clients, but none of us got any opportunity for on-site development - Should add some indoor games like TT or any other - Work-life balance is difficult in some cases but still manageable.
