Some great people, its a shame about the senior management

Pros
For me the only reason to work there was my colleagues, they make the day bearable. I would avoid working here for more than a year if you are considering a role.
Cons
The senior management team is a joke, lacking basic social skills let alone management skills.

General nice atmosphere, most colleagues very professional and knowledgeable, one can learn a lot on the job. Good opportunities for graduates/interns. Private healthcare and pension schemes in place
Cons
Low pay and no performance related bonuses, difficult to even get your expenses paid back. No work/life balance. Some of the higher managers lack basic social skills.
