The management team really cares about their employees's personal wellbeing, professional growth and always strives to make you feel empowered. This is a growing company and your voice is truly heard. There's also a wonderful work culture in which your colleagues feel like a second family to you: we balance working hard with having fun through monthly happy hours, fun challenges, and more! Last but certainly not least, the hiring process went smoothly, I had all my questions answered to and all my expectations were met.
Cons
It can be challenging at times to work in a growing company: the processes aren't set in stone just yet, things keep changing. But that's what makes Impetus Digital an exciting place to work and grow. The work is also entirely done remotely, which is not for everyone. Otherwise, if you're up for an exciting, empowering and rewarding challenge, and appreciate the flexibility of working from home - Impetus Digital is the place for you!

-Growth: lots of room for learning, development and professional/personal growth -Incredible work culture: every person is so motivated, caring and supportive -Entrepreneurial: no micro-management! Every person is able to own their tasks, projects, etc. and is able to really take charge, feel empowered and exercise creativity -Open to new ideas/feedback: no idea is a bad idea and there are constant opportunities to provide insights and thoughts -Benefits: work from home, competitive pay, amazing health/wellness benefits, bonuses, etc.
Cons
You need to be a self-starter, extremely resourceful and self-motivated to succeed. At Impetus, you are not a 'small puzzle piece' because your contributions greatly matter and directly impact the organization. Therefore, employees at Impetus are the best of the best and love being challenged, trying new things and bring that 'fire in the belly'.
