      Pros

      We get a small annual amount to spend on gym, but it’s way less than market average and hasn’t changed for a long time. Once every year we go out for dinner, which nice.

      Cons

      Mood of coworkers hit rock bottom. I believe staff turnover caused this and difficulty to find people that could replace leavers. Now we just try to survive another year.
