      - Very high artistic and technical talent - People are collaborative, humble, and supportive - Strong craft culture and pride in final output - Room to take initiative and learn fast

      Cons

      High workload and tight deadlines, made harder by unclear leadership and communication gaps. It’s often unclear who owns decisions. Internal pipeline and tools feel outdated and continue to fall further behind production needs.

      Pros

      Cool shows, super cool offices, hybrid work or fully remote if not close enough to the office. Mostly great people and a real fun and inclusive culture. Great work life balance.

      Cons

      Salaries are quite bad. Leadership might differ in quality and expertise from show to show. Really hard to climb the career ladder.
