Pros

work from home. Good for freshers as an entry point. Development team is good but operations is horribly managed. if you decide to get in impress.ai join any other team but not operations.

Cons

Toxic work culture, micro-management, underpaying the employees and disrespectful. All project, process are miss managed. very poor management. Seniors(leads/managers) don't have any functional knowledge of their project. No overtime incentives.

Sweet words, Work from home so not wasting time to commute

Cons

Laid off many employees recently, Suffering in sales and lead generation, exploitation of operations team. Not healthy financial situation. Very inconsistent, impulsive, disrespect to employee by always changing the plan (not considerate about others) without consent. Can't keep their words!!!
