Pros

None. They fired all the good employees or pushed them to quit. They're currently in the process of forcing everyone into office so they can replace the quitters with cheaper labor. They don't care if the doctors are overworked. They don't care if the patients are unhappy. They barely care enough to check typos in their advertising. 0/10.

Cons

There's a really dystopian vibe from upper management. There's an insistence that everything is perfect and everyone is valuable- then suddenly your HR rep quits. It's unbearable to work there now. I'm certain that when Dr. Aamodt founded Uniform Teeth this wasn't what he had in mind. EVERYONE worth their salt has already jumped ship. Do not, I repeat, do NOT let these fake 5 start reviews fool you. They're trying to drown out all negative press because Impress doesn't DO negativity. If you have bad news you're fired.

Pros

The only advantage I can think of is that there's a relatively young team, which doesn't make up for the archaic way they treat their employees

Cons

NOT INCLUSIVE of any kind of minority. I was directly told the company does NOT support LGBTQIA or Black/Racial equality movements. Terrible schedules, your superiors will lie and backstab you at any chance, there's no honesty amongst peers and the general feeling of resentment and dissatisfaction towards management and some of the sheep that blindly follow a culture of enslavement and capitalism is palpable. The salary is NOT worth the extras hours they expect you to work, or the MISTREATMENT and DISREGARD of your rights as an employee or human being. There is also no room for creativity or being somewhat independent in your decision-making. Probably worst of all, management favors people with no vision and no personal or professional backbone, regardless of their professional track record.

Pros

There are lots of really friendly, nice colleagues. Made some really close friends, that was the only positives.

Cons

Terrible terrible management. An extremely unorganised business model. Most of the team leaders have been hired externally and as a result, most entry level employees understand the job better than their managers. Hard work is not recognised and as a result, the company loses talent consistently. If you are good at your job, all that will happen is you’ll be assigned more tasks to make up for the poor performing staff. Just for the record, I was running the UK market on my own for 4 months and that wasn’t enough to offer me a promotion. I made multiple recommendations in order to try and improve the company, having meetings with management in different departments etc. All of this should of been something my team leader was doing but was clearly incapable of making good recommendations and is in fact just a leech on all her intelligent workers. The only people that stay at impress are people that are physically incapable of improving their career elsewhere in a normal, positive working environment. I would rather be unemployed than work for Impress.
