      Pros

      Worked at the Galleria location nice bridal boutique. Working with brides, fun co workers, good location, nothing else nice about this place

      Cons

      I can write so many bad things about this pathetic family owned company but I will try to be nice. I will start with the simplest but most important ones. 1st there is absolutely no room for growth, pay is not great and stylist commission is almost impossible to achieve. Many upset customers due to merchandise with damage and poor quality control at the end you as the consultant will have to take the blame do to the clueless managers working there.

      Pros

      Pot lucks, $20 Chinese New Year gift, lack of supervision/micro management, and free gym...nothing else comes to mind. Company pretty much sucks.

      Cons

      Family owned and operated, "business developer" is a 23 year old child with no experience whatsoever and no leadership skills. Very unprofessional from the owner on down. The pay is very poor. Worst corporate environment I have ever experienced. Dogs run freely around the office, urinating on the gowns, the owner is rude, arrogant and unaware of how to properly build and promote a brand...the list goes on.
