The product is solid and is able to be customized to handle almost any use case, which is unique in the ETL space.
Cons
I would be shocked if the company isn't sold or goes bankrupt in the next couple of years. Starting with poor communication between team's and poor communication between leadership and the rest of the Improvado team. Manager changes and lay-offs occurred monthly. No one ever felt safe. Also was left without a direct manager for a few months. Lots of bad hires that were fired before getting a chance to prove themselves. Was a toxic corporate environment that was very cut throat led to a poor work culture between leadership and lower level workers.
