      Pros

      Work timing is not much of a concern as compared to other buying offices.

      Cons

      Company will deduct unreasonable taxes as their salary structure is pathetic. Will hardly pay you performance bonus which is promised to be a part of your CTC. In all feel cheated.

      Pros

      Compared to other places in the garment industry, it’s relatively good. Interesting mix of buyers and continues to strive for more. The best part obviously is getting weekend off and respect of an employee’s personal time in an otherwise very unprofessional industry where stretching the day is a normal practice. Directors and some of the very old members maintain a good and respectful environment (Only the old members!)

      Cons

      A few senior members at manager level have brought a rowdy culture to the workplace, not respecting fellow members at parallel and junior levels. Usage of derogatory language is common and creating unnecessary pressure, fear and destructive criticism- defying the very core belief of the founding members.

      Excellent top management but poorly behaved low level managers

      As I said before top management is excellent and very warm and friendly....

      Cons

      Mqnagers and heads especially in design team are horrendous....Their snobby and rude behaviour is outrageous...They are totally unethical and inhumane...favouritism and nepotism at its peak...undue recognition for snobs...teary eyed when I return home everyday
