Fun place to work. Great people. Flexible. Great leadership.
Cons
Not a lot of room to grow. Change of management driven by investors. Lack of resources. Too much time spent on making customers happy.

Great location, Some great people, good compensation. Sick days and health benefits good.
Cons
They Let go core people that gave that extra mile,. Over a number of years way to many unproductive processes , left people stressed, and no life/work balance. Kept people who took a lot of time off/sick often. Still small company, You wore too many hats and too many responsibilities., not enough hours in the day. Promoted people who should not have been promoted.
