Pros

One positive aspect of this company is the sense of solidarity among coworkers. Due to the difficult circumstances, team members tend to support and look out for each other, which creates a small sense of community. Colleagues genuinely try to help one another cope with the verbal and psychological pressure present in the work environment.

Cons

I worked for a few months with the recruiting team, and the feedback shared by others reflects my experience accurately. The workday often involved long, unproductive Zoom calls that went beyond professional topics, including extensive discussions about the manager’s personal life, unrelated videos, music, and conversations that did not add value to the role. Throughout the entire shift, employees were expected to remain connected on Zoom with cameras on. Time off is extremely difficult to manage. Getting a single day approved is a challenge, even though it is deducted anyway. During time off, there is still micromanagement, and any minor mistake upon return is addressed in a way that prevents the time away from feeling like a real break. There is a noticeable lack of empathy in this process. Mistakes are often addressed publicly during team calls. There are no private 1:1 conversations; instead, feedback is given in front of the entire team, which can feel humiliating rather than constructive, especially given the complexity and length of the processes. In addition, employees are required to submit daily activity reports, despite already spending the full workday connected on Zoom with cameras on. Turnover is very high. Many people do not stay longer than two to four months, and those who remain often do so out of necessity rather than engagement or satisfaction.
