Pros

1. Still maintain a good culture. The fact that CEO encourages, focus, and actively involves in almost of the cultural events in the organisation is really good. 2. Many mid management gets a decent salary given the office is in Kochi and Trivandrum. 3. Depending on your team you might get really good managers and peers who will uplift you and your overall experience. 4. Accessibility of the higher folks. All the cxos are highly accessible and most of them listens to you. Whether they'll work on it. That's different. Good for : At freshers level- only if you don't have any options. At senior sde / analysts / senior analyst - not good at all, at this stage you should focus on better opportunities. At entry level management - Okish, given you have plans to switch within 2-3 yrs. At higher management - Can be considered as an retirement job For other roles such as BD, UIUX, Graphic designer you neither have any serious work which will have an impact on you resume or pay nor any respect in the org. You will spent most of your time in playing games, decorating office, running errands for CSR activities, etc etc.

Cons

1. Still worse management. Some of the management guys are really good and trying to align with the company's vison but others are really laid back with age old narrow mentality of handling things because they never worked in a corporate, all they have seen is this company. They already have a lobby you are either a part of the lobby or an alien. Several instances such as artificial pressure on mid management, project managers and employees; micro-managing, passive toxicity and borderline manipulative: and pushing to work extra hours with no pay even if you work in US shift. They'll say we don't judge you by your working hours in the ALL HANDS MEETING and then go on and tell employees to be professional n arrive on time. Don't spend much time in breaks n other works n what not. 2. The narrow visioned mentality and little to less exposure of corporate of many folks is not refreshing at all. 3. Many will be pushed to work extra hours, take late calls, work on Weeknds without any pay. The most toxic departments are HR, one of the worst handlers of resources including the director (previous director was far better), following some of the KADs who oversells with underpaid employees, and then some PMs. 4. Negative alpha on market readiness in AI and security. No innovative and advanced projects. The orgs so called principal architect vice president has sub liminal knowledge on AI. Most of its employees don't know how to use AI.
