      They lie a lot, do not give good profiles, promise something and deliver something else to employees

      Nothing to write good about

      Clueless , they have created whatsapp groups in which they keep messaging till ate night about the business and then start from 6 am in the morning again. People do not know work life balance their and expect same from you. I once got a call at 10 in the night.

      No pros if you are an engineer.

      Cons

      1. No work 2. They will deduct money from your full and final settlement giving stupid reasons. 3. Once you are on notice they won't include you in any company party. 4. The company is very product oriented and they don't care about engineers. 5. The hike is very low.

      Pros

      Tech-stack is decent. You will have opportunities to contribute in all parts of the stack.

      Cons

      CTO is more of a MBA and has no clue about tech. He only likes to work with IITians. So if you are not from IIT, don't join this company. VPs, AVPs of tech team are aloof. Senior and junior engineers can probably do much better without leadership guys. They are asked to work on weekends, holidays without any comp-offs or rewards.
