- growth potential of the product - casual environment - good setup and tools for daily work etc - snacks and kitchen

Cons

- micromanagement in the engineering team. engineering lead dosen't trust anyone but a handful of ppl - no respect for ppls ideas unless it comes from the lead - bad management skills of engineering lead - management and founders pretty much turn blind eye to the mess going around - language and cultural bias in day to day working in the team. less involvement in team discussions as they dont happen in english most of the time - hiring is whomever the lead likes - product team lacks vision and follows whatever engineering does

Cons

They simply hire and fire at the first signal of distress. I have seen 2 round of lay offs including some senior employees within 6-7 months. Not an employee friendly company

Cons

Obviously those 5 star reviews are quite fake. It sounds like the CEO posted those fake reviews by himself to recruit new staff. As a former employee who worked there for 2 years, can't agree more with those three 1-star reviews. They should really think about their management and respect staff more.
