- InScribe offers an unmatched work/life blend with uncapped vacation and the flexibility to work where and when is best for their employees and their families. The best part about it is they aren't just saying they offer this, they mean it, constantly encouraging employees to put their families first. This support was especially welcomed during the COVID-19 pandemic. - Leadership is consistently recognizing and sharing employee's achievements both 1:1 and publically during daily scrums and monthly all-hands meetings. It is nice to be a part of a "flat" organization that recognizes it truly takes a village. - The start-up environment provides a space for trying new things, seeing if they work and accepting failure every now and then. The leadership at InScribe takes the challenges of a start-up and encourages the team to work together to solve problems. Allowing everyone to share ideas, past experiences, and opinions. This trusting environment is not only more welcoming than others I've been in, but it is also extremely motivating. - InScribe's mission and vision provide me with a sense of purpose. I take pride in knowing that we are helping students feel a sense of belonging in a time that can feel so isolating. I take pride in knowing that we are helping underserved populations. I take pride in knowing that we are building a product with purpose. - There are many other pros to working for InScribe. These are just the few that mean the most to me.
