Pros
InSequence is a small company that knows employees don't just live their lives to work. They are incredibly flexible and helpful when personal situations arise and take care of employees. Benefits provided are awesome and are at no cost to the employee (read: free) which is pretty much unheard of. Work environment is relaxed but professional. There is a lot of autonomy.
Cons
Most of InSequence's business requires Top Secret clearances.
