Pros

The only positive thing throughout this whole company is the ability to listen to customers pour their heart out and be able to pray with all who request prayer.

Cons

Where do you begin? The owner is horrible. He blames everything on everyone else except himself. He never takes blame for the failure of his company, it's always someone else's fault. You literally hear him yelling and cussing his staff on a daily then has to nerve to turn around and pray. You never get paid on time. It's always the payroll processing company's fault, or the person who quits fault, or a clients fault that you can't get paid. When you go to the bank to try and cash your check, you get laughed at by the tellers as they tell you "there is NSF in this account to cash your payroll check. Please take it back to Higher Source" which is now the new name they have changed to. They lie and cheat everyone True con artists They use all their employees and play them against each other Horrible place and to be doing Gods work inside a building ran by Satan, is a shame

Pros

The people who work there are they only good thing about this company

Cons

Everything is a con. The owner and partner are con artist. It’s nasty, they don’t hve money to pay the employees, they are rude and don’t care how they talk to people and we were treated like slaves.

Pros

You get to pray with people and take calls for people like David Jeremiah, TBN, Joyce Myer, etc.....

Cons

You turn in a two week notice and they fire you. New management. They only give you one write up and then fire you the next time. They force you to open an account with their bank to avoid getting charged 7 dollars everytime you cash a check there. They write bad checks. You have to wait until 5 to get your check so you can run and cash your check into their bank otherwise it won't go through. They only give you a choice of 2 paid breaks for lunch 15 minutes each, or a 30 minute unpaid break. You can't have both. No stability there. No job security. Christian non profit organization that I supposed to be into forgiveness, will not forgive.
