Cons

Laborious, highly stressful work environment because of management and guests. Low to no support from corporate. No rewards for being pushed over and beyond your job. If you have ANY other option...RUN

Weekly pay and closed Sundays.

Cons

Mold through out the whole hotel including what looked like black mold in some rooms, higher ups just tell employees to clean with vinegar and paint over it. Big roach problem. No loyalty to employees (can't get a raise no matter what you do it who you talk to).

Every month, the work culture just gets more toxic. I am certain there may only be two whole people who actually work in the Corporate office. Otherwise, multiple emails go without response. Perfection is demanded, but not provided. Anything Corporate can do to make us despise our jobs, or the will the live, they will do it. It is like Kim Jong Un took over InTown Suites. It won't be long before our leader wants us to hang his portrait behind the desk for all to see and bow down to.

Cons

Oh, I didn't realize I was supposed to be writing about the pros up there. But honestly, there really aren't many. Anymore. The people who are running the employees ragged and the company into the ground, should really do the job of each employee for one week per position before they get to decide what policies and procedures to dole out. How can they look in the mirror and like what looks back at them? I bet they will need a lot of burn cream and cold water in the after life, but who am I to judge?
