      Pros

      Much work, much to learn. Can experience various aspects of trading.

      Cons

      Have to say there is very serious degree of racism, but the managers do not acknowledge it. Very much traditional Japanese company, very low level of employee rights.

      Rarely required to work overtime Beautiful office building with the Noguchi Garden Remote work every Friday and two additional flexible remote days

      Cons

      Benefits have been getting worse Employees pay about half of their health insurance costs No sick leave and only 13 PTO days per year Full-time schedule is only 7 hours per day, which limits income potential
