Pros

The concept of Inbound Back Office is great. They hire qualified digital marketers on an hourly basis and as clients come to them, they choose which person is best for the job. You then work directly with the client as if you were a freelancer, but Inbound Back Office handles all the contracts and pay which is nice.

Cons

The client handoff from sales to production was usually non-existent. I usually felt like the client had to repeat everything to me that they already told sales, which always felt a bit awkward.
