      One of the worst and toxic environment to work at

      Pros

      Free therapy (as they screw up their employees mental health so bad with bad management and unachievable targets, they have to provide therapy)

      Cons

      1. Bad management. The manager keeps grudges on teammates and works to make their life hell. 2. Gaslighting the employees to cover up the mistakes of manager and their minions. 3. False promises 4. Passive-aggressive work environment that affects everybody's mental health. 5. Micro-managing : You will feel like you are studying in a school again, where all your steps are carefully observed and criticised. 6. The content teams are run by fools and their minions who just know how to lecture others, while not doing their own work.

      Pros

      Its easy to work here of you're starting out. Intact you will learn a lot of things. But if you're coming from typical company exposure or experience, it will take time.. As the management is pretty flat n without hierarchy system. It is good place to learn working on web publishing.

      Cons

      If you're in core sectors like seo and tech you will have to slog more than others. It is challenging but woo need you to do long hours... Leaves n all are not a prob but at times they insist prior notice... Overall not bad to work at...

      Pros

      Work is challenging whether u are working with seo, content, Facebook or tech. But as the company has different media under its wings you get a Chance to try out all media in the internet from YouTube content to branded posts and articles. This is an opportunity I feel if you are looking to experiment, but if you want to stick to core writing I think the xperience is just average. It is however without any formalities and the work atmosphere is very friendly unlike most startups from this city. I worked in Bangalore before so coming from that experience, I'm sharing this.

      Cons

      You will be needed to pretty much follow the rules of the game set by the managers. You can experiment only when you prove you're right but to do that too, you would need space and finding that will not be easy unless you arhave very talented. The managers are sometimes hard but not too much that you won't get leaves etc. The cons are that you will have to gain trust before they let u do something on ur own.. and in writing it may take time
