      Good Team Solid Salary Plenty of work

      Cons

      Not enough people Hectic Management Poor work like balance. They expect you to bill at least 10 hours a day or else you're put on a list.

      Pros

      IncWorx fosters and promotes team building and personal employee growth. I have never worked anywhere else that I have had such creative freedoms and that truly listen to their employees. You are able to work on cutting edge projects and learn things at a rapid pace due to the high energy of the organization.

      Cons

      I honestly cant think of anything negative from my experiences. I guess only thing that could be perceived as one is sometimes working long weeks to get all the work done.

      Pros

      Very flixible, fast paced company, solid pay, work from home opportunity, solid customer base, smaller company allows for a lot of upward mobility, and the company has a ton of potential

      Cons

      Management is ruled by emotions, communication is the absolute worst, management is also very clicky (if your not part of the club you will definitely know and feel it) teams are very segregated, no training, definitely no mentoring, constantly changing ever few months.

      We do everything in our power to make people feel like they belong to the team and that everyone gets ample training and mentoring so they aren't left to feel like they are on an island. Advice to management are things that we actively do and feel we do very well. We are sorry you felt this way while employed at IncWorx and hope that you have found an environment that is a better fit for you .
