      Pros

      Good location, lovely colleagues, English speaking, open culture, accomodating. Happy to work here.

      Cons

      In the process of streamlining tools and processes - moving from a slight disorganization which comes from growing from a small start up to what we are now to transparent and orderly work processes.

      Pros

      I really like Incari work culture, everything has been smooth for me from the beginning. The interview process was clear, and from the moment I applied to the moment when I got an offer passed less than a month, which is really fast from my experience. I enjoy the work environment, particularly because all the ideas are welcome despite one's level of experience. The management is understanding and company cares about how people feel at the workplace.

      Cons

      During my time at Incari I did not encounter any downsides.
