Worst Company I Have Worked For A Culture of Fear

Pros

In current scenario, there is nothing positive in this organization.

Cons

Things really changed after the new co CEO joined the company, and not in a good way. The environment slowly became very toxic. People were encouraged to tell on their colleagues, and it even felt like recording conversations was acceptable and sometimes rewarded. That created a lot of distrust within teams. Over time, everything became extremely micromanaged. It felt like every small action was being watched and noted. Even simple things like walking from one place to another or taking a short smoke break felt stressful. People became afraid to speak openly because anything you said could be used against you. When you tried to share your thoughts, you were made to feel like you did not understand anything. What was even more disappointing was that someone in a communication focused leadership role, who was expected to encourage transparency and trust, often appeared more focused on protecting their own position and shifting blame onto others. Instead of promoting teamwork and honesty, the culture started feeling more about survival and self preservation. A workplace should make employees feel safe to speak, grow, and contribute. Unfortunately, this environment did the opposite. I hope leadership reflects on how this has affected the people who worked there.

On the verge of Collapsing

Pros

Before 2020, this company was really checking most of the boxes. Was heading on the right direction.

Cons

After 2020, the CEO showed up with the new co-CEO, who is a one trick pony - expertise in killing, everything that was working. -Due to co-CEOs expertise, almost all of the good and experienced artists, supervisors and managers has quit for good. -Asks Employees to turn on each other rather fostering a great teamwork. -Bad mouthing and verbally abusing employees in front of others including in front of the client. -The company has been so TOXIC since past few years, that no one wants to work in here anymore in recent days. It's almost on a verge collapsing.
