Pros

- There are good people working there as in every company - Diversity of backgrounds - Modern building, nice environment - Company truly cares about the customers - Training is provided , the main lady instructor was very nice and caring

Cons

-Low Ethics towards staff - Constant pressure from management - You are spied on constantly while on the phone with client and get rated - No flexibility, very limited time for meals or even to just go the bathroom - O benefits for part times - No respect for employees - Very emotional client/ counselor relationship which can be very enriching but also draining mentally.

Great company but there's room for improvement

Pros

Great pay and benefits. Company follows strict procedures to ensure fairness and consistency with employees. Work from Home program is effective and a great reason to stay. Employees stay for many years, average employee has been there for at least 6 years. InCharge 401K match is excellent. Flex Fridays is offered for managers and above. New employees qualify for benefits in as little as 30 days when most companies make you wait 90 days.

Cons

Too many lay offs so employees are always concerned about the next lay off. Opportunities for growth are limited. They prefer seeking external candidates rather than promote internally, even for low level positions. Feedback from entry level employees is not well accepted or encouraged, in fact, everyone fears to speak up.

Pros

Good salaries and great benefits

Cons

Rapid changes without clear direction. Four major lay off's in 10 years. Upper management never changes ; opportunity for growth is very limited if you do not become personally involved with your peers
