Pros

Used to be a business that developed its staff. As such, staff were motivated and gave their all. It would not be uncommon for many staff (at varying levels) to work 60+ hour weeks (without overtime). Senior management started to cut corners which resulted in reduced sales and high staff attrition. A real shame because it used to be an amazing place to work.

Cons

As mentioned, senior managers cut corners in order to meet their targets. Aust. Business was encouraged to work against parent company (UK) requirements.Headcount reduced as much as 40% in some departments with an expectation for the same level of service. This led to staff burnout. Both long serving staff and customers were not looked after. Many promises were made for salary increases and development. Did not ever eventuate. HR is unethical and acts inappropriately when multiple team members highlight concerns.

Pros

None - while career development in the business is available you would be mad to take it with no talent in the business to learn from

Cons

Culture is unimaginable. There are no ethics and employees do not matter. EG. Some employees haven't been paid super correctly and none follows up - management knowingly take this as a win. Every day working there is a moral dilemma with such blatant disregard to laws and employees.
