They force to employ for excellent reviews. They credit salary from different different account for saving taxes. Poor Management. Freelancing company. Bad culture. Delay salary.

Pros

There is no office politics, and my colleagues are very helpful.

Cons

The CEO treats us like we are his slaves, while HR behaves as if she is the CEO of a multinational company. There is a lack of proper management, and if you want to learn something new, they won't allow it. We have a contract that binds us for 1.3 years plus 45 days, and they frequently change policies to suit their own needs.
