Pros

-Medical/dental benefits -Farmer's market once a month

Cons

During my time at Incipio, I learned a lot. Mostly I learned that this company culture is exactly the type of culture I don't want to work for in the future. A culture where people throw you under the bus instead of working together to solve a problem. A culture where upper management chooses favorites and if you aren't one then you're out of luck when it comes to moving up, raises etc. If you are a favorite, you'll be rewarded with a new Audi or maybe a free table in Vegas for your bachelorette party. Many of the perks of working at Incipio that made the low pay bearable are few and far between now. The office used to provided breakfast and lunch (prepared by a chef) but not anymore. Many employees used to travel a lot for trades shows and events but due to lack of revenue, the company now attends far less events. In general, the office morale is incredibly low due due to low pay, poor management and favoritism. I'm confident that many Incipio employees don't want to work there anymore but finding another job can be time consuming, competitive and they can't afford to leave without another job lined up. My advice if you're interviewing for a job at Incipio? Run in the other direction because the company is going nowhere but downhill.

Pros

Free Breakfast & Lunch

Cons

I felt like this was a job typically someone from Chapman/UC Irvine get recruited at to basically become a complacent cog in the machine. There was some room for minimal advancement, but nothing to make you feel very worth-while. You will be too busy walking on eggshells with upper management and it becomes the only way you can survive is staying underneath the radar . It's a bit of a typical "High school " clique mentality work environment. A lot of talking behind peoples back and disingenuous behavior altogether. They'll work you incredibly hard for basic pay. Honestly, It'll eventually either wear you out and you'll look else where or you will just give in to their fake overly Southern Orange County "vibes". You heard me correct, I mean all they blast all day is played out pop EDM music (if that's not enough to detour you).
