To name a few The director/CEO needs to undergo training for work ethics, management skills and above all the basic mannerism, just adding CFA to your name does not makes you superior. No defined work hours, you have to come bang on time but don't have any fixed time to leave. many of the senior guys have been known to work for 15 hours daily. Timely salary- Its known fact that the owner has been dragged to labour court by the employees twice as he failed to pay salary for three months in succession and above all had the bossy attitude. to add further, most of the female staffs had been insulted and misbehaved by this fellow. No infrastructure- Last known the company was run in 20*15 room crammed with old systems without any basic amenities like clean water, clean washrooms.
