      Little to no cons, just exhausting labour where you are expected to stand for more than 6 hours at a time.

      - comparatively well paid - very good WFH allowances made

      Cons

      - offices are godawful - change is constant and exhausting - does not attract very good talent (you will work with people who make the job incredibly difficult) - company is being sold, and has been in serious decline for some time

      Free coffee and relatively good office culture

      Cons

      Hierarchy in the senior management positions. Melbourne staff are getting pushed to be replaced in Brisbane. Brisbane HR team is very cliquey and toxic.
