      casual work environment employees allowed to show tattoos in office

      This definitely is a scam. I went in to apply and they don't even have their company name on their sketchy building. Employees are drawing on posters with markers on FB. The interviewer was so slimy seeming... it's event marketing/sales, so the job titles are EXTREMELY misleading. I applied for a digital marketing position, but the job was 0% digital. Do a lot of research on this place. Don't believe the people drinking the Kool-Aid. It's just like when people are all about Advocare and MLM. Dumb people. "promote from within only" = a pyramid scheme which found a loop hole lollll

      Pros

      There are so many pros to this company. The people, the upbeat/ fast paced work environment and great people to work with everyday. I have never worked a job before that after the days ends I already want to go back in, until now.

      Cons

      The hours tend to be a bit longer than normal.

      Pros

      Incline Management has been an awesome company to work for. The management team is so great about helping you reach your goals so that you can grow within the company. I also love the fact that there are travel opportunities! I got to go to the Texas, California, and the Bahamas to attend networking and training events. Overall it's been a positive experience working at Incline.

      Cons

      High expectations, but it's definitely pushed me to be better at my job.
