Decent pay, fully remote, and some good coworkers.
Cons
Inept leadership, awful business strategy, an outdated product, and a client base that's fed up with years of empty promises. All of that leads to a company that's sinking fast.
Good pay with sporadic bonuses, nice centrally located office, some flexibility with schedule, and outside of the box thinking.
Cons
Inadequate leadership and direction where you are expected to learn from Google or figure it out on your own. Company is often dominated by the home life of the principals who make the work environment awkward with their frequent arguments. Unequal treatment of staff that was borderline discriminatory. Offensive and unchecked behavior from one principal that often included racist and bigoted comments. Old software that never gets developed as promised to clients due to lack of funds spent on a development team.
